Amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to enhance transparency regarding national resource centers.
Requires the Assistant Secretary for Aging to publish information on an online portal.
Information to be published includes:
A list of all national resource centers authorized or supported under the Act.
Descriptions of each resource center, including:
Goals of the center.
Population served, including geographic location by state.
Number of older individuals served annually.
Amount and source of federal and non-federal funding received each year.
Description of metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of each center in achieving its goals.
Mandates that this information be updated every 180 days.
Requires the Comptroller General of the United States to evaluate national resource centers within 180 days of enactment to improve efficiency and streamline functions.
