Appropriates $10 billion to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for disaster relief related to Hurricane Helene under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.
Rescinds $10 billion from unobligated balances previously allocated to the Internal Revenue Service as part of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
Prohibits the use of funds appropriated by this Act to provide benefits (such as food, shelter, healthcare, legal services, and transportation) to individuals present in the U.S. without lawful immigration status.
