Requires the maintenance of country of origin markings for imported goods produced in the West Bank or Gaza.
Continuation of the existing country of origin marking policy as published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on December 23, 2020.
Prohibits the use of funds from the Department of State or U.S. Customs and Border Protection to change or rescind the current country of origin marking policy.
Ensures that the policy remains in effect until it is repealed by an Act of Congress.
