    • Developing resources for local educational agencies to improve school environmental health programs.
  • Authorizes $7,842,000 for fiscal year 2025 and subsequent years for the Office’s operations.
  • Establishes the Children’s Health Protection Advisory Committee to advise the EPA on children’s health-related programs and regulations.
  • The Advisory Committee will be permanent and subject to the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
  • Authorizes $13,200,000 for each fiscal year from 2025 to 2029 to support the Act’s implementation.
