Amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to enhance reimbursement for critical access hospitals (CAHs) in noncontiguous states.
Increases reimbursement rates for inpatient CAH services to 105% of the cost for services provided after January 1, 2025.
Increases reimbursement rates for outpatient CAH services to 105% of the cost for services provided after January 1, 2025.
Increases reimbursement rates for ambulance services provided by CAHs or entities owned by CAHs in noncontiguous states to 105% of the cost for services provided after January 1, 2025.
Increases reimbursement rates for skilled nursing facility services provided by CAHs in noncontiguous states to 105% of the cost for services provided after January 1, 2025.
