Legislation Details

Directs the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on insurance coverage for dyspraxia/developmental coordination disorder (DCD).
Requires the study to be completed and a report submitted to Congress within one year of enactment.
The report must assess coverage under:
- Medicare program.
- State Medicaid programs.
- Other Federal health care programs.
- Group health plans and individual health insurance coverage.
The report should include:
