Authorizes the conveyance of a Federal courthouse to the City of Huntsville, Alabama.
The Administrator of General Services must offer the conveyance within 60 days of enactment.
The property to be conveyed is located at 101 E. Holmes Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama.
The City of Huntsville must pay an amount equal to the fair market value of the courthouse, determined by an acceptable appraisal.
The City may use credits related to the appraised value of a separate 4.76-acre parcel of land as part of the consideration for the conveyance.
The City is responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance.
