Medicaid Program Improvement Act

Amends title XIX of the Social Security Act to improve the reliability of address information in the Medicaid program.
Introduces a process to regularly obtain and update address information for Medicaid enrollees from reliable data sources starting January 1, 2026.
Requires managed care organizations to transmit any directly provided or verified address information of enrollees to the State.
Specifies that the new requirements for address information collection and transmission apply to both Medicaid plans and waivers.
Incorporates existing regulatory frameworks for obtaining and acting on changes in address information, referencing section 435.919 of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, or any successor regulation.
