Amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to include coverage for portable ultrasound transportation and setup services under the Medicare program.

Establishes a separate payment structure for portable ultrasound transportation and setup services, similar to that of portable X-ray services.
Requires the Secretary to set specific requirements for suppliers of portable ultrasound services, aligning them with existing regulations for portable X-ray services.
The amendments will take effect for services provided on or after January 1, 2026.
