Legislation Details

- Ensures regular consultation among all components enforcing laws against trade-related crimes.
- Allows for additional criminal prosecution or civil action against trade-related violations, independent of the Criminal Division’s litigation.
- Requires the Attorney General to submit an annual report to Congress detailing the Department’s work on trade-related crimes, including statistics, funding utilization, and additional funding needs.
