Amends title 10 of the United States Code regarding health assessments for Armed Forces members.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to include specific tests in periodic health assessments starting in 2025.
Requires annual assessments to include:
A sports physical.
An electrocardiogram.
Blood work, which must consist of:
A comprehensive metabolic panel and complete blood count.
Additional tests if necessary, including:
A thyroid stimulating hormone test.
A brain natriuretic peptide test.
Mandates inclusion of any tests or evaluations required by law, referencing specific sections of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
Allows for any other tests or evaluations deemed appropriate by the Secretary of Defense.
