Progress on integrating Israel into existing multilateral space security partnerships.
Coordination efforts among Middle Eastern allies regarding intelligence and surveillance.
Identification of capability gaps in the Department of Defense’s space situational awareness.
Current systems in place for threat awareness and defense.
Explanation of how a multilateral data-sharing agreement would enhance security.
Engagement efforts with allies to establish the data-sharing agreement and security architecture.
Identification of elements of the security architecture that can be operated by allies versus U.S. Armed Forces.
Challenges to optimizing the security architecture and data-sharing agreement.
Assessment of implementation progress and challenges using identified metrics.
Recommendations for improving the strategy’s implementation.
Cost estimates for establishing the security strategy and potential contributions from allies.
The strategy must be submitted in an unclassified format, with the option for a classified annex.
Activities under this legislation must protect sensitive information and U.S. national security interests.
