Prohibits exclusion of qualified entities from receiving grants based on unrelated factors to their qualifications.
Defines “contraceptive care” and “contraception” to encompass a wide range of methods and services.
Authorizes appropriations of $100 million annually for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 to support the grant program.
