Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require labeling of food products containing insects.
Food products must clearly state on the front label if they contain insects, insect parts, or products derived from insects.
The requirement applies to food introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce 180 days after the enactment of the Act.
