Specifies the times for completion or graduation to be reported: normal time, 150%, 200%, and 300% of the normal time for the program.
Mandates that the Secretary of Education display completion and graduation percentages in a consistent and visible manner.
Updates institutional and financial assistance information requirements to include completion or graduation rates for each type of student and program.
Changes the language regarding the timeframe for reporting graduation rates to align with the new definitions provided in the legislation.
