SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Bridge Investment and Modernization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Bridge investment program

• (a) Extension of authorization for bridge investment program
  • Section 11101(b)(1)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act () is amended by striking clauses (i) through (v) and inserting the following: Public Law 117–58
    • (i) $3,047,000,000 for fiscal year 2027;
    • (ii) $3,127,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;
    • (iii) $3,147,000,000 for fiscal year 2029;
    • (iv) $3,197,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and
    • (v) $3,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2031.
• (b) Bridge selection streamlining
  • Section 124(c)(5) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (B).
