SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Communities of Recovery Reauthorization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Building communities of recovery

• Section 547(f) of the Public Health Service Act () is amended by striking $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023and inserting inserting7,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030. 42 U.S.C. 290ee–2(f)
