SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Extending Expired Cybersecurity Authorities Act.

SEC. 2. Cybersecurity information sharing

• (a) In general
  • Section 111(a) of the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 () is amended by striking September 30, 2025and inserting September 30, 2035. 6 U.S.C. 1510(a)
• (b) Retroactive Effective Date
  • The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if enacted on October 1, 2025.
• (c) Short title
  • (1) In general
    • Section 101 of the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 ( note) is amended by striking Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015and inserting Protecting America from Cyber Threats Act. 6 U.S.C. 1501

  • (2) Conforming amendments
    • Title XXII of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 () is amended by striking each place it appears and inserting Protecting America from Cyber Threats Act. 6 U.S.C. 101 et seq.
