• This Act may be cited as the Farmers’ Market Expansion Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Seniors farmers' market nutrition program

• Section 4402(b)(1) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 () is amended by striking and herbsand inserting herbs, and tree nuts (including shelled tree nuts). 7 U.S.C. 3007(b)(1)
