SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Firearms Congressional Notification Modernization Act.

SEC. 2. Modification to notice requirement

• Section 36 of the Arms Export Control Act () is amended— 22 U.S.C. 2776
  • in subsection (a), by inserting after each place it appears; and
  • in subsection (c), by striking striking,000,000and inserting $4,000,000.
