• This Act may be cited as the Increasing Public Access to Recreation Act.

SEC. 2. Increase for recreational public access

• Subsection (c) of section 200306 of title 54, United States Code, is amended—
  • by striking 3 percentand inserting 10 percent; and
  • by striking striking5,000,000and inserting $50,000,000.
