• This Act may be cited as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Repeal of Inflation Reduction Act of 2022

• (a) In general
  • Public Law 117–169 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is repealed.
• (b) Rescissions
