This bill tightens U.S. immigration rules related to terrorism. It removes an existing exception that had allowed some people with certain terrorism-related issues to still be let into the country. It also says that anyone who entered the U.S. using that exception on or after January 20, 2021, up to when this becomes law, could be deported.
