SEC. 1. Prohibition on congestion or cordon pricing

• Section 1012(b) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 ( note) is amended by adding at the end the following: 23 U.S.C. 149
  • (9) Prohibition on congestion pricing
    • Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection, the Secretary may not establish or maintain a value pricing program under this section that includes value pricing, congestion pricing, or cordon pricing.
