Transparency of Migration Act

This bill would require the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services to post simple, public summaries online about people who are in the U.S. without legal status and are processed by border or HHS facilities. The posts must be updated every week and include daily counts, countries of origin, ages, genders, which states they are sent or released to, and the number and types of any criminal convictions.
