• This Act may be cited as the Union Participation for All Act.

SEC. 2. Repeal of prohibition against certain persons holding offices in labor organizations

• (a) In general
  • Section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 () is repealed. 29 U.S.C. 504
• (b) Conforming amendment
  • Section 401(e) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 () is amended by striking . 29 U.S.C. 481(e)
