Opposed legislation to legalize marijuana that did not support small growers, but later supported an amendment to reduce cultivation application fees.
Voted in favor of directing President Joe Biden to remove U.S. troops from Syria within 180 days in 2023.
Supported Israel’s invasion of the Gaza Strip in response to the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel and supported continued military aid to Israel, but later expressed concern over the suffering of the Palestinian people and the impact on Israel’s long-term security.
