Established a business as a distributor of railway supplies and steel products after the war.

Held the position of assistant director of aviation for Allegheny County from 1940 to 1948.
Managed Allegheny County Airport from 1949 until his death in 1956.
Passed away at the age of 71 and is buried in Sewickley Cemetery.
