MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026
Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 4164, which is at the desk.

National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO NATIONAL DEFENSE
AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026.
(a) Qualifications for Judge Advocates.—Subsection
(a)(1)(B) of section 806 of title 10, United States Code
(article 6 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), as added
by section 561(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act
for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119-60), is amended to read
as follows:
“(B) maintains a license status in good standing that
provides eligibility to practice law;”.
(b) Authorization for Award of the Distinguished-service
Cross to Isaac “Ike” Camacho for Acts of Valor in
Vietnam.—Section 592 of the National Defense Authorization
Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119-60) is amended by
striking “posthumous” in the section heading.
