Mr. BILIRAKIS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the exceptional contributions of a dedicated community leader in my district, Ms. Kelly Mothershead. Kelly is an extraordinary advocate for the Pasco County community, demonstrating a tireless commitment to improving the lives of her neighbors and strengthening local organizations.
Healthy Communities, consistently showing up at events, assisting with fundraising, and lending her expertise and energy to support the organization's mission. Her dedication goes beyond traditional board responsibilities; she has created a scholarship fund to provide transitional living opportunities for those in need, ensuring vulnerable members of our community have a pathway to stability and independence.
