We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with chapter 8
of title 5, United States Code, hereby direct that the Senate
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged of further
consideration of S.J. Res. 99, a joint resolution on
providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services relating to “Removal of
the Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization
Documents”, and, further, that the resolution be immediately
placed upon the Legislative Calendar under General Orders.
