Mr. MORELLE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today during Women's History Month to honor an exceptional and influential leader from Rochester, New York: Carla Palumbo.

She has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Legal Aid Society of Rochester, where she has strengthened the organization's mission to provide high-quality legal representation to low-income individuals and families, ensuring that justice is accessible to all.
