the St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center, where she has served as Executive Director for decades. A tireless advocate for community wellbeing, she has dedicated her career to improving access to compassionate, affordable healthcare for the uninsured and underinsured.

Mr. Speaker, Sister Christine Wagner's career reflects a deep and enduring commitment to service, compassion, and community.
