Mr. GARAMENDI. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and celebrate the opening of the new Hillview Junior High School Replacement Campus in Pittsburg, California—a transformative investment for the Pittsburg community and a major milestone for the Pittsburg Unified School District.
