Administration: Maintaining communication with program staff in the Office of Head Start regarding issues impacting Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs and the children and families they serve. Congress: Working with the National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Association (NMSHSA) leadership, members and partners to educate Members of the 119th Congress and their staff, particularly those representing rural agricultural districts/states, about the importance and impact of Migrant and Seasonal Head Start and encouraging their support.
