Concerns with Provisions in the Biden Administration "Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment Rule. (RIN: 1840-AD57) Support for the the College Cost Reduction Act, which would repeal and/or streamline 90/10 and GE provisions; Concerns with the JOBS Act as it relates to Borrower, Defense Loan Discharge (34 CFR ss 685.206.)
