Protect the current FSA/HSA list of products and support expanding the list of allowable products for FSA/HSA. Monitor FSA/HSA legislation. Lobby for legislation that would expand the definition of prevention for FSA/HSA. Support the inclusion of vitamins and supplements as FSA/HSAs eligible and its inclusion in reconciliation legislation. Reconciliation legislation -- One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R. 1) and inclusion of HDHP first dollar coverage.
