2025 third_quarter Filing

Client supported funding requests from the Water Replenishment District as found in HR 4553 and H. Report 119-213 of the FY26 Energy and Water Appropriations bill. This bill has yet to be taken up funding for the Water Replenishment which is a regonal agent remediating groundwater in the region. Sought FY26 Appropriations funding from the FY26 Energy and Water Appropriations bill [HR4553] and H:Rept119-213]. This legislation has yet to be considered by the full House or at all in the Senate................................................................... by either the full House or any movement in the Senate we will continue to work with both House and Senate supporting Energy and Water Appropriations funding.
