Support for flood risk reduction efforts along the Columbia River, including implementation of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (P.L. 115-123) and education regarding the Columbia River Treaty. Support for the implementation of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (P.L. 116-260), the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (P.L. 117-81), and the Water Resources Development Act of 2024 (P.L. 118-272). Support for funding for the Portland Metro Levee System project in the Fiscal Year 2025 Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extension Act (H.R. 1968, P.L. 119-4), the FY25 US Army Corps of Engineers Work Plan, and the FY26 appropriations process.
