Engaged on Medicaid reform provisions in H.R. 1 (eligibility changes; work requirements; FMAP; provider taxes; changes to ACA/tax credits; state directed payments) Oppose changes to site neutral provider reimbursement policies. Monitor and support healthcare extenders for DSH. Advocated for changes to certain Medicaid reform provisions enacted in H.R. 1 (including changes to ACA/tax credits) as part of FY 2026 continuing resolution negotiations.
