Supported full LHHS funding request for the HIV portfolio including for National Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Program, HRSA *Ryan White Program, CDC, SAMHSA and HOPWA. Supported funding for the Health Resources and Services Administration to implement the Bio-Preparedness Workforce Pilot Program in FY 2025 and to avert new riders. Support for maintaining current funding for Medicaid, Medicare, ACA in the Reconciliation One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) (H.R. 1). Additionally supported maintaining funding for PEPFAR and international health programs in the Rescissions Act of 2025 H.R. 4).
