Support public health protections in implementation of the Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act of 2016 Oppose measures to roll back public health protections under the Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act of 2016 including CRA resolutions S.J.Res.19 and H.J.Res.34. Support for measures to protect public health and the environment from toxic chemical hazards, including support for the EPA trichloroethylene rule finalized in December 2014 Support EPA Safer Choice/Design for the Environment program, and oppose efforts to weaken or privatize the program.
