Oppose legislative changes to site neutral provider reimbursement policies. Monitor and support inclusion of healthcare extenders (DSH; telehealth; Hospital at Home) as part of FY 2026 appropriations/continuing resolution proposals. Advocate for changes to certain health care program reforms enacted in H.R. 1 (including changes to ACA/tax credits; Medicaid reform and state funding provisions) as part of FY 2026 appropriations or separate legislation. Advocate for legislation to increase Graduate Medical Education program residency positions and expand hospital eligibility (including S. 2439/H.R. 4731).
