Lobbied on the FY2025 Budget Resolution (H.Con.Res. 14) and the FY2025 Budget Reconciliation bill (H.R. 1) Lobbied on the Freedom to Invest in Tomorrows Workforce Act (S. 756, H.R. 1151) to expand 529 plans to cover credentialing, licensing and certain training. Submitted comments to Treasury in Response to Request to Modernizing Payments to and from Americas Bank Account, pursuant to Executive Order 14247, advocating for a delay in implementation to the beginning of the calendar year and for refinements in the policy to accommodate situations in which relocation management companies and or corporations are handling international employees tax refunds/payments.
