Affordability of Coverage, Affordable Care Act, Enhanced Premium Tax Credits, Telehealth, Site-Neutral Payments, Hospital Billing, Artificial Intelligence, Prior Authorization, Surprise Billing, Association Health Plans, Stop-loss coverage, Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) S.46/H.R.247 - Health Care Affordability Act - A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan. S. 3385 - Lower Health Care Costs Act - This bill extends for three years, through 2028, temporary changes enacted by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) that generally expand eligibility for and increase the amount of the premium tax credit. S. 3386 - Health Care Freedom for Patients Act - This bill allows certain individuals with health savings accounts (HSAs) to receive federal payments. It also restricts payments under Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) regarding certain noncitizens and restricts coverage of gender-transition procedures. H.R. 6703 - Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act - A bill to ensure access to affordable health insurance. H.R. 6501 - Bipartisan Health Insurance Affordability Act - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend and modify the enhanced premium tax credit, to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to make certain adjustments to the operation of the Exchanges established under such Act, and for other purposes. H.R.5145 - Bipartisan Premium Tax Credit Extension Act - This bill extends for one year, through 2026, temporary changes enacted by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) that generally expand eligibility for and increase the amount of the premium tax credit.
