Met with Reps. Obernolte, Rep. Leiu, Rep. Beyer, Rep. McClellan, and others to discuss AI regulation and preemption bills. Discussed App Store Freedom Act with Rep. Trahan.

Met with House Energy and Commerce Staff (majority and minority): Senate Commerce Staff (majority and minority); as well as individual offices such as Reps. Trahan, Menendez, and Kelly; as well as Sens. Schumer, Lujan, and Fischer. There was discussion of changes to the BEAD program, Universal Service Fund, and Spectrum Auction matters. We also met with the staff of the Commissioners Carr, Trusty, and Gomez.
