To support the mission of Naval Supply Systems Command at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg.
This project will construct a rocket and missile maintenance facility for the new Precision Strike Missile system and upgrade the existing Voelz Access Control Point at the Letterkenny Munitions Center. This project meets strategic DoD maintenance needs for long-range precision fires.
Lower Monongahela River, Lock and Dams 2,3,4
Current facilities at the 1927-built Williamsport FMS and 1950-built Lock Haven FMS are functionally obsolete, causing reduced unit effectiveness and retention and recruiting challenges. This new maintenance shop would replace both facilities, increase unit readiness, and improve mission outcomes.
Riverlife will construct an access structure, ramp, pedestrian amenities, and multimodal transportation pathway on the south side of the West End Bridge (WEB) to better connect pedestrians and bicyclists from the underserved West End neighborhoods to riverfront trails and Downtown Pittsburgh.

This project would construct a 14-lane, small arms range to support training of Air Guard members, who have not had a range on-base for over 5 years. The 171st Air Refueling Wing incurs transportation costs and has decreased readiness due to competing for range time at other bases.
