• (a) Repeal
  • (1) In general
    • The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 () is amended by striking section 413. 42 U.S.C. 17071
  • (2) Clerical amendment
    • The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 is amended by striking the item relating to section 413.
• (b) No force or effect
