SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the American Privacy Restoration Act.

SEC. 2. Repeal of USA PATRIOT Act

• The USA PATRIOT Act (; 115 Stat. 272) is repealed, and each provision of law amended by such Act is amended to read as such provision read on October 25, 2001. Public Law 107–56
