SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Child Care Nutrition Enhancement Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Reimbursements under child and adult care food program

• (a) In general
  • Section 17 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 1766
    • in subsection (c)—
      • in each of paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), by inserting after each place it appears; and
        • (7) Additional reimbursement
          • Beginning on the first day of the first month that begins after the date of enactment of the , each meal and supplement served under this section shall receive an additional reimbursement in the amount of 10 cents (as adjusted pursuant to section 11(a)).
      • by adding at the end the following:
    • in subsection (o)(3)(A), in the first sentence, by striking consulationand inserting consultation; and
    • in subsection (r)(4)(B)(ii), by striking subsection (c)(3)and inserting paragraphs (3) and (7) of subsection (c).
• (b) Reimbursement of family or group day care home sponsoring organizations
  • Section 17(f)(3) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 1766(f)(3)
    • in subparagraph (A)—
      • in clause (ii)—
        • (i) in the heading, by striking and inserting ;
        • (ii) by striking subclause (I);
        • (iii) by redesignating subclauses (II), (III), and (IV) as subclauses (I), (II), and (III), respectively;
        • (iv) in subclause (I) (as so redesignated)—
        • by striking subclause (III), a tier Iand inserting subclause (II), a; and
        • by striking and all that follows through ;
        • (v) in subclause (II) (as so redesignated)—
        • by striking subclause (IV)and inserting subclause (III); and
        • by striking subclause (II)and inserting subclause (I); and
        • (vi) by adding at the end the following:
          • The additional reimbursement amount required under subsection (c)(7) shall apply to the reimbursements of meals and supplements under this subparagraph.
      • by striking clause (iii); and
    • by striking subparagraph (E).
